Moving beyond the faddish side of yoga where hot yoga (or Bikram yoga) is the main trend and understood to be largely physical fitness (or maybe stress relief), Silent Motion Yoga Centre teaches a traditional and challenging "classical" method of yoga in the Saraswati lineage of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda.

Going beyond yoga poses or yoga positions, we get right down to "what is yoga?". Since there are really no 'types of yoga', hatha yoga is a balancing act of energy, primarily mental in focus rather than physical.
